For 40 years and through three generations, Daewang remains as Korea's top producer of katsuobushi. Aside from katsuobushi, Daewang also ventures into making sauces, nutritional supplements, and other katsuobushi-based products. Our healthy tuna jerky "Chamchi 19"is a smoked, seasoned product that is made from fresh fish (yellow Fin). The sliced raw fish is cooked in the smokehouse using natural oak wood. We take pride in our R & D team and always strive to develop new products incorporating the highest level of ingredient integrity. Our management team tirelessly inspects our products for quality and sanitation. Having extensive experience in making katsuobushi, we make sure that our products exceed the customer’s needs.
